SUBSCRIPTIONS FAQ

What's included in a subscription plan?

Every subscription order includes...

  • 12oz bag of whole bean coffee
  • shipping (or local delivery)
  • digital Coffee Card
  • personalized notes

My notes include details of the growing process, how I sourced it, and brewing tips.

Each coffee in context with your plan.

What is a Coffee Card?

Coffee Cards are digital infographics that I prepare for every coffee release. They feature a story or two that situates it within my broader coffee-buying philosophy.

This is also where I put the pictures provided by coffee producers and importers.

Sent by email within a week of fulfillment.

Can I edit my plan?

Yes!

On Minimum Wage Tim's Subscription Portal, you can change the volume or frequency of your deliveries.

Pause or skip whenever you need a break.

Does Minimum Wage Tim's offer Certified Organic coffees?

The short answer is no.

While some of my producer partners have invested in the certification process, many lack the significant resources required. It can take up to 3 years and tens of thousands of dollars. Farmers must bankroll travel/lodging for inspections twice yearly to maintain a USDA Organic Seal.

The truth is - most of the world's coffee grown without pesticides is not Certified Organic.

I started a new plan. When will I get my coffee?

Every Wednesday afternoon, I personally roast every order created since the previous Thursday. I pack and ship everything that night.

I also roast for subscribers due up in the next week that selected the 'Rested' option for their plan.
