RESTED (Y/N)
Coffee continues to release gas, primarily carbon dioxide, for several weeks after roast. As part of your curated coffee subscription, you have the option to receive coffee that has been rested for a week or more.

YES - roast my coffee in advance of my order, I want to drink it right away!
NO - deliver my coffee within days of its roast date.
