ORIGIN BIAS
Choose between two regional categories, East Africa & Latin America, or select Roaster’s Choice to explore coffees from all over the world. Regional categories are a bias rather than a rule. I reserve the right to include special limited releases in all plans.

A 10% discount will automatically apply to volumes of 1+ bag (upon Add To Cart) for the life of your plan.

RESTED (Y/N)
Coffee continues to release gas, primarily carbon dioxide, for several weeks after roast.
As part of your curated coffee subscription, you have the option to receive coffee that has been rested for a week or more.

YES - roast my coffee in advance of my order, I want to drink it right away!
NO - deliver my coffee within days of its roast date
