A NOTE ON RESTING YOUR COFFEE
Coffee beans let off gasses, primarily carbon dioxide, during the roasting process as they transform from a stable green seed to the brittle brown “bean” that we grind and brew.
This process continues for several weeks afterwards.
As part of your curated coffee subscription, you have the option to let Tim know to deliver coffee that has rested, or de-gassed, for a week or more.
Do you like the taste of extremely fresh coffee? Want to decide for yourself when to crack open the bag? No problem, your coffee will be at your door within days of roasting.
